Chris formed part of the design team for the England Rugby World Cup 2015, alongside former colleagues and clients, advising upon the delivery and deployment of temporary overlay infrastructure required to host this major event across multiple existing stadia.
He established the competition venue assessment criteria and undertook a series of stadia site visits to determine the suitability of each venue to become a Rugby World Cup host venue, reporting on the potential for temporary overlay deployment, operational spaces and event facilities.
With the final selection of venues approved by the client, the team undertook a series of initial block plan overlays to give England Rugby 2015 confidence in the cost and deliverability of the competition.
